Spend Your Holiday Weekend in Nature

Make the most of the morning by enjoying fresh air, mindful movement, and companionship from the horses at Echo Ridge Farms. At 10:00am we will start with an hour-long yoga flow, suitable for all bodies and ages. Please bring a towel or outdoor yoga mat. Our remaining time together will be spent enjoying refreshments made by our host, Willow Courter owner of Echo Ridge Farms, along with an opportunity to mingle with each other and the horses.
