Slow Flow YogaSlow Flow Yoga is a smooth linking of unhurried breath with movement, intensified by mindfully holding postures for several breaths, awakening your body and clearing your mind. Explore each posture at a comfortable pace to allow your body to deepen into a stretch or pause to build strength. Slowing down the flow can help you maintain control of your breath, build determination, and intensify your practice.
All levels of Yoga practitioners can find their personal challenges, as they slowly and mindfully move through a series. The pace may be slower, but even the most advanced Yoga practitioner has much to learn within the reflective pace. Poses can be refined and strengthened, without feeling rushed. Slow flow allows a person to become familiar with his or her body, create a reflective pause, and create the time to go inward. Restore and RenewTake time to unwind. Turn your focus inward during gentle mat stretches and mindful movement. You will finish class with a guided meditation. Give yourself the opportunity to let stress and tension melt away leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Great for beginners and experienced practitioners who want to dive more into meditation.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga"Go with the flow" as you move through an active, dynamic sequencing to promote mindfulness and body awareness at a rejuvenating pace. The flow class strings together poses to create sequences that build strength, flexibility and improve balance while challenging your coordination through dynamic movement. This practice incorporates strength building positions like plank and downward dog. Students of all levels will create inner freedom as we flow in a challenging, fun, and exploratory way.
Vin/Yin YogaVin/Yin is the combination of Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Yin Yoga. Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first portion of class to warm the body, clear the mind and help us rid ourselves of excess energy. The Yin portion of class offers passive, seated and supine poses that are held for anywhere from 2 – 5 minutes on each side. The Yin practice helps us move into the deep layers of our body and helps to switch off fight-or-flight mode, promoting balance throughout the nervous system and allowing for a sense of peace and relaxation.
Yoga For Life
Whether you are an avid cyclist, golfer, skier, or enjoy snuggling up on the couch, this class will help you enjoy the quality in your life. The Yoga for Life class is a series that works the entire body, especially back strengthening and balance. This class will help you regain and maintain your freedom in movement so that you can continue to enjoy all the activities that you love to do off of the yoga mat. It is a beginning yoga series that is suitable for all levels, health conditions and ages. (Note: this class does not involve weight bearing on the hands and can be practiced by many who suffer from injuries). The sequence of poses is done in a specific order to realign the body, especially the spine. Every pose is done to the best of one's ability, and as you advance, you apply yourself even deeper into the mastery of self and by doing so we reach the union of body, mind and spirit.
Yin Yoga
When you need a little extra tender loving care this slower paced and gentle yin class includes passive, longer held poses while focusing on the breath. Many of the poses are seated or lying on your back or stomach. Longer poses help facilitate the slow and safe opening of connective tissues like tendons, ligaments and fascia. These longer holds aim to increase circulation in the joints and help facilitate more freedom of movement thus being relaxing and restorative for the entire body. This class is a great compliment to more active styles of yoga or fitness activities. Surrender to this more meditative practice and leave with a feeling of lightness and peace.
